As a customer service platform, Helpshift is in the business of making consumers' lives easier. In 2017, Helpshift was in the midst of evolving from serving small gaming clientele to selling to Fortune-500 companies. In order to meet the expanded needs of their new clients, Helpshift needed to have the processes, products, and brand to reflect the move to the enterprise.

Solution

In order to meet the new needs of Fortune-500 level clients, Helpshift hired Better Impact Marketing to analyze their performance marketing strategies.  Drawing from years of experience in building world-class marketing teams and strategy, Better Impact Marketing began a structural reorganization of Helpshift’s marketing strategy, operations, and execution. This led to the formation of a foundation within Helpshift to not only generate more leads at a fraction of the previous cost, but to also convert those leads into pipeline faster.
